Single Business Application Overview

The Single Business Application is designed to meet individual company needs as assessed through a Training Needs Analysis or an Organisational Needs Analysis.

Up to £20,000 can be provided to support training and staff development activity, accounting for 60% of the total costs of training.  The remaining 40% of the costs must be contributed in cash by the applicant company.  Applications will need to be supported by a Train to Gain Broker or a training provider.

At the point of contracting you will be issued with a Service Level Agreement.   Should you wish to view the Agreement prior to submitting an application, please download a sample copy from the column on the left.

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING RECEIPT OF SINGLE BUSINESS APPLICATIONS:

Due to the introduction of a new online application system, we will not accept Single Business Applications until 8th March.

From Monday 8th March you will be able to submit applications using our new CRM system.  

The timetable is as follows:

  • Deadline for receipt of applications is 12noon on Monday 29th March
  • Commissioning Advisors will endorse applications by 5pm on Friday 2nd April
  • Contracting Workshops begin w/c 19th April
  • Training must not start before Monday 26th April
