Partnership
The Skills Enhancement Fund Partnership Board has overall responsibility for ensuring the effective and appropriate expenditure of the £50m ESF and Yorkshire Forward resources.The Chair of the Board is Peter Ryder who is chair of the West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges, the lead organisation, and Principal of Leeds College of Technology.
Chris Jones, Principal of Calderdale College and the Accountable Body, is Vice-Chair of the Board.
Membership of the Board includes Chairs or senior representatives of the following organisations:

- Calderdale College (as Accountable Body)
- Learning and Skills Council (as funder)
- Yorkshire Forward (as funder)

- Providing Strategic guidance and direction on project management
